I know I'm a little early, but halloween must be my favourite holiday ever (if it was a holiday here in Belgium). Dressing up, decorating, or giving awesome halloween themed parties we did two years ago! Probably there won't be a party like that this year, unless I immediately start planning for a party in a couple of days.. (you notice the secret wish?) But there is a Halloween dance party planned on Friday. Hopefully Ruby will make it too! Lot's of dressing up options have crossed my mind, but I do know one thing for sure. It won't be a puppet like here. Dancing around with wires doesn't seem like a very good idea. So that makes one option less, and still dozens to choose from. How will you dress up for Halloween?
A while ago Siel visited me to talk and take some pictures. She also gave my birthday present which was absolutely amazing. I'll show you later, promise! Today I wanted to show you the pictures I took of Siel. She came up with the amazing theme 'Black and White' which is the newest trend. I like the trend very much. You can't go wrong with black and white combined in one outfit. Siel wore a sweet top and a black skirt which I adore sooo much! And of course the cute bag is a great eye-catcher. She looks like a doll, don't you think. :)

Last time we did a photoshoot, Ruby made an awesome about it afterwards. I really enjoyed it actually, I hope you did too. That's why I decided to do it again, a blooper post! Maybe we can make it to a regular thing? Anyway, enjoy the pics and get a behind-the-scenes feeling. :)
We are still in my favourite park of Ghent, but it's Ruby's turn now! She looked like a true beauty (like always) amongst those pretty roses. Even her pants match perfectly! But my favourite thing about her look is definitely her red lips. I am a lipstick person, but most of the time I go for pink or subtle red shades. I do have a super bright red lipstick in my drawer, but it's been there for almost ten years I think. I only wore it for crazy-dressing-up parties. Ruby made me realise we have finally come to the perfect age to wear bright red lipstick. No childish looks anymore, what you see is a young woman, ready to enjoy her life. So yes, I will start wearing red lips again, I'm ready for it! Thank you Ruby, and your Dior lipstick.
And if you wondered, I'm thinking about buying the new l'Oréal Infallible lipstick. I've read an a.m.a.z.i.n.g (dutch) review about it . You've got to check it !
The Citadel park of Ghent in all it's beauty is a perfect example of the Romantic era. Statues, (artificial) ruins and caves amid the slightly overgrown nature. We were there just in time to see the roses bloom in all their glory. While dreaming of a perfect little fantasy world.
